Egg Fritatta

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon MSG
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup thinly sliced leeks
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk together eggs, salt and MSG in medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat butter in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add leeks and pepper slices; cook and stir 5 minutes or until softened. Remove skillet from heat.
  3. Pour in egg mixture. Place skillet in oven. Bake 10 minutes or until set in center.
