Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (for crispiness)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon MSG
Instructions
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F (note: if using air fryer skip this step).
- Pat wings dry. Toss with baking powder, salt, pepper and MSG.
- Cook wings for 45–50 minutes (flip halfway) until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, zest, hot sauce, melted butter, honey (if using) to make chili lime sauce.
- Toss hot wings in the chili lime sauce until fully coated.
